My journey started in accounting, but I quickly realized my passion for connecting numbers with strategy to drive real business impact. Over the years, I’ve moved beyond crunching numbers to partnering with teams, driving growth, and mentoring leaders. Today, I lead business strategy at Qorvo, aligning big-picture goals with day-to-day operations across the APAC region.

NOT your "typical" Finance executive, I go beyond the spreadsheets — getting into the trenches with teams, solving complex challenges, and turning insights into action.

Beyond work, I’m fascinated with how neuroscience and psychology can enhance leadership and performance. As a certified coach (learn more), I love helping executives unlock their potential and develop a growth mindset. My story is about embracing challenges, staying curious, and always striving to make a difference — both in business and in people’s lives.

In my role at Qorvo, I lead strategic planning and operational alignment across the APAC region. Partnering closely with leadership, I drive growth initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and oversee forecasting to ensure the region's success. I’m also deeply involved in leadership development, designing programs that enhance communication, resilience, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Senior Director, Global Business

Managed global pricing strategies, sales tracking, and budgeting across key markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Reporting directly to the CFO and Global Sales VP, I delivered strategic insights, led business case evaluations, and optimized incentives to drive profitability while balancing market needs with financial discipline to foster sustainable growth.

Also as Head of APAC Sales & Marketing, I oversaw regional P&L and directed business strategy across 10 countries. I led sales and marketing initiatives, product go-to-market launches, and ecosystem development, driving regional profitability and advancing HTC’s competitive position. Partnering with cross-functional teams, I implemented strategic sales initiatives, strengthened channel relationships, and enabled sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.

Expanded financial operations across the region, achieving profitability in FY19 and FY20—the only globally profitable region during that period. I launched a global P&L dashboard, streamlined forecasting processes, enhanced operational clarity through P&L disaggregation, and implemented cost controls that saved over $2 million in marketing expenses, driving efficiency and sustainable growth.
