Currently, as Head of Business Strategy and Planning, APAC at Qorvo, I work closely with the APAC Sales VP to shape and implement the strategic direction for the region. Previously, as Senior Director, Global Business (and Head of APAC Sales & Marketing) at HTC, I reported directly to the CFO and Global Sales VP, managing global pricing strategies, sales tracking, incentives, contracts, and budgeting across key global markets. I concurrently oversaw APAC P&L and directed business strategy, sales and marketing initiatives, product go-to-market launches, and ecosystem development across 10 countries. I drove regional profitability and advanced HTC’s competitive position, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, strengthen channel relationships, and deliver sustainable growth.​​

As Senior Finance Director, APAC at HTC (2017–2021), I led financial operations across the region and global business units, achieving profitability in APAC for FY19 & FY20; the only profitable region globally during this period.
